Meet Croker USAMeet the Croker USA family! We are indeed a family owned and operated business. When you correspond with us, you get the real deal. We row, teach, parent, and most importantly for you, build, sell and service Croker oars. We have delivered thousands of Croker oars to North American customers since 2002. We enjoy the privilege of serving the U.S. National Team's needs and we are happy to deliver the same quality of product and service to you. We do ask that you respect the family nature of the business and not telephone at unreasonable hours. Both the business office in Virginia and the workshop in Delaware are on U.S. Eastern time. Most often, e-mail will be the best method of communication. We also ask that you bear with us if there is any delay in our responses to you. In addition to our family obligations, we have many customers to attend. Your business is important to us, but an organized and fair system for transactions is also important. We address all correspondence in the order it was received. At peak times of demand, or when obligations are tight, this will require additional patience from all parties. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will join the ranks of the many satisfied customers rowing Croker oars in the USA. Matt and April Matiasek are the owners of Australian Rowing Imports, LLC, having founded the business following Matt's competitive sculling days in Philadelphia. Matt and April continue to handle strategic planning, but have passed day-to-day business operations off to Missy Marcus. Missy Marcus handles all order placement and payment questions. She works out of her office in Virginia. All transactions of a business nature go through Missy. If it involves vendor paperwork, tax ID information, payment, order changes, address changes, then Missy is your point of contact. Since 2004, Greg Doyle handles all technical and shipping questions, as well as building your oars in his Townsend, Delaware workshop to the specifications you request. Greg also handles all repairs at the workshop and during arranged visits to your program's boathouse. Once the business paperwork and financial transaction is completed through Missy, Greg is the point of contact for all technical matters regarding the oars, parts, and services. |
