Most often, e-mail will be the best method of communication. If you must telephone, we do ask that you respect the family nature of the business and not telephone at unreasonable hours. Both the business office in Virginia and the workshop in Delaware are on U.S. Eastern time.
We also ask that you bear with us if there is any delay in our responses to you. In addition to our family obligations, we have many customers to attend. Your business is important to us, but an organized and fair system for transactions is also important. We address all correspondence in the order it was received. At peak times of demand, or when obligations are tight, this will require additional patience from all parties.
